Follow me on FACEBOOK- https://www.facebook.com/foodmastimagic Email me on - foodmasti8786@gmail.com Follow me on Dailymotion : https://www.dailymotion.com/library/v... <br /> <br /> <br />SHAMI KABAB <br />Dry red chilli - 4 <br />Bay leaf - 1 <br />Coriander seeds - 1 Tbsp <br />cloves - 6-7 <br />Cinnamon stick - 2 <br />Black peppercorn - 7-8 <br />Black cardamon - 1 <br />Nutmeg( Javitri ) - 1 <br />Cumin Seeds - 1 Tbsp <br />Mutton Kheema - 500 gms <br />Channa Dal - 1 bowl <br />onion – 1 <br />Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp <br />Green Chillies – 2 <br />Red Chillie Powder - 1 TSP <br />Salt as per Taste <br />Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp <br />Masala Powder <br />Bay Leaf <br />Dry Red Chillies <br />Water - 1 Cup <br /> <br />Pressure Cooker it for 45 Minutes on Low Flame <br />Cool down the Kheema and then Grind it <br />Oinon - 1 finely chopped <br />Green Chillie - 2 Finely Chopped <br />Pudina Leaves <br />Dhaniya <br />Corn Flour - 2 Tbsp <br /> <br />METHOD: <br />Roast the whole spices and then grind it to fine powder. <br />In cooker put kheema, souked channa dal ,ginger garlic paste, all dry masala . dry red chillie and bay leaf. <br />Cook it for 45 minutes on low flame. <br />Afterb 45 minutes let it cool down and grind it. <br />Add onions,green chillies.mint leaves and coriander leaves. <br />Make kabab and fry till golden brown.
